Narcicek is an online platform for ordering flowers and gifts in Baku and Absheron.
Who we are
Narcicek is not a flower shop with its own storefront. Independent florists list their own products on the platform, and they are the ones who prepare and deliver each order. Our job is to bring the choosing, the payment and the order tracking into one place, and to keep the rules between florist and customer clear.
How it works
- 1ChoosePick a bouquet, a potted plant or a gift from the catalogue. Every product shows the earliest time it can be delivered.
- 2Place the orderEnter the delivery address and time for the person receiving it. Add a gift card if you like, or send it anonymously or as a surprise.
- 3The florist prepares itThe order goes straight to the florist who owns the product. They arrange the bouquet and send it with their own courier.
What we promise
Same-day deliveryDelivery time is calculated from the working hours of the florist and the distance — a concrete figure, not a general promise.
Photo confirmationWhen the bouquet is ready the florist uploads a photo of it. You see it before it is sent.
Substitution policyIf a seasonal flower is unavailable it is replaced with one of the same value and the same spirit — the order is not cancelled.
I am a florist — how do I join?
You can sell the products of your own shop on Narcicek. You register, an admin reviews your profile, and after approval your products appear in the catalogue.
